Shingles

Shingles are the most common option for sloped or angled roofs, especially on residential homes. They are made from layers of asphalt and fiberglass, which create a durable surface that protects against rain, wind, and sunlight. Shingles come in many colors and styles, making them a practical and attractive choice for residential roofs.

EPDM Rubber

EPDM (short for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber material commonly used on flat or low-slope roofs, such as those found on commercial buildings. It’s installed in large sheets to reduce seams and leaks. EPDM is known for being flexible, weather-resistant, and long-lasting — often performing well for 25 years or more with proper maintenance.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofing is made from panels or sheets of steel, aluminum, or similar metals. It’s used on both residential and commercial buildings and is known for its strength and long lifespan — often lasting 40 years or more. Metal roofs are resistant to fire, strong winds, and heavy snow. They also reflect sunlight, which can help keep buildings cooler in warm weather.

GE Enduris Silicone Coating

GE Enduris™️ is a silicone coating applied to the surface of an existing roof — usually metal or rubber — to restore and extend its life. Instead of replacing the roof, the coating forms a seamless, waterproof layer that seals cracks and prevents leaks. It also reflects UV rays, helping reduce heat buildup and further protecting the roof from weather damage.
